Baby Volcano is a performing artist and musician half Swiss, half from Guatemala. Through her texts and her voice, she navigates between sweetness, warmth and rage. Between French and Spanish, she expresses what inhabits her body. She is a stage monster; she offers performative, energetic and magnetic lives. Síndrome Premenstrual is the first EP of Baby Volcano. Between Hip hop, trap, electronic music and song; the styles are mixed. One could qualify this first EP of electronic witchcraft or Witch Pop. The artist explores his body (each track refers to a body part) in a warm and dark universe. On this first EP Baby Volcano worked with producers Louis Riondel and Josué Salomon.
Baby Volcano is present at Short Theatre 2023 – Radical Sympathy also as Lorena Staldemann, her performance Bolero de Bienvenida, will be premiered in Italy on the 7th and the 8th of September.
Hoellypop
Hoellypop, based in Switzerland, tries to explore the limits of the clubbing culture within her selection. She tends to create hybrid sets that narrate a story, exploring different genres and rhythms going from raeggeton, ambient sounds cut by breaks, remixes & mashups to dubstep and more.
