DEBONAIR is a club and radio DJ based in London. She is as comfortable in the booth as she is in the studio and has developed a signature style that juxtaposes genres, eras and textures.

She has been an integral part of the NTS Radio roster since 2011 and her bi-weekly, prime time show has gained a loyal following due to her command of post-punk, cold wave, EBM, techno, italo-disco and classic house.

Having cut her teeth working at BBC 6 Music and Resonance FM, DEBONAIR joined the NTS management team at its inception, progressing to the position of Programme Director. In this role she programmed the station to reflect the most dynamic and under represented music and speech radio on air, quickly establishing NTS as an unparalleled platform for cutting-edge culture.

These days she’s concentrating on her own show as well as stepping out as a respected club DJ, known for on-point selections and invigorating sets. DEBONAIR is a regular on London’s underground club circuit, delivering energy to venues like Fabric, Oval Space and Corsica Studios and has shared bills with a formidable and eclectic set of artists including Nidia Minaj, Fis, DMX Krew and Lena Wilikins. She also runs her own party, Linear Space (co-curated with Chloe Frieda), and has hosted Borusiade, Karen Gwyer, Xenoglossix and Shelley Parker.

2016 has seen DEBONAIR take on a set at Bloc Festival and a headline residency at Oslo Hackney, as well as bookings in Dublin and Bristol. She’s also been toasted by the press, turning in mixes and interviews for The Guardian Guide, Mixmag, DJ Mag, Truants and Groove Magazine.

John Loveless is a British-born DJ and writer based in Berlin, where he is resident on Cashmere Radio and at the cult parties, Weeeirdos and Hot Concept. He acts as creative consultant for London label, Phantasy, founded by Erol Alkan.

Spring Attitude Festival is going back to Rome from 4th to 6th October.

Born and developed in Rome, in a continuous evolution of forms, programs and public, the festival Spring Attitude started out of the electronic music and club scene, looking for “somewhere else” to showcase unseen and unexpected works in the capital itself. Air, Four Tet, Disclosure, Jon Hopkins, Apparat, Siriusmodeselektor, Bonobo, John Talabot, Pantha du Prince, Matthew Herbert, Gesaffelstein are among the guests it has hosted. Its public has grown exponentially, always more varied and arriving from all of Europe. The festival is held in the spring but has offshoots and spin-offs that invade the whole city all year long with varying programs and collaborations, striving to encourage club culture and contemporary music.
