We began by losing ourselves in the vegetal twilight of the Orto Botanico \u2014 an ephemeral and powerful opening that suggested an emotional, sensory, oneiric, palpable state. We said goodbye entrusting ourselves to love as a revolutionary force, one that destroys the forms of oppression to generate new possibilities, made of affection, friendship, irreverence, joy, imagination.<\/p>\n
In between, we traversed multiple territories, passing through worlds \u2014 large and small \u2014 imaginary, zones of pleasure, points of friction, speech acts that still today shake our daily doing and thinking, and for which we seek no pacification.<\/p>\n
Landslides, tremors, openings, visions, caresses, immersions, subsidences. Ten days to tear apart the dark and violent reality that constrains our bodies and our thoughts to a painful immobility. Ten days in which to grant ourselves the privilege of mobilising emotions, affections, exchanges, distances and proximities, to give back power to being together, to doing and to thinking, and to place back at the centre what keeps us alive: the infinite possibility that exists in the arts to transform ourselves and our surroundings.<\/p>\n
Thanks to every presence, gesture, word, particle, mood that made it possible \u2014 the entire artistic, organisational and technical team, the artists and companies, the audience and everyone who watched and took part, the friendships and civic complicities that supported us, the institutional partners without whom the festival could not shape itself. Nothing passed unnoticed or in vain, everything was necessary, influential, exact, impassioned.<\/p>\n
