FABULAMUNDI. Playwriting Europe
Dedicato alla drammaturgia contemporanea FABULAMUNDI. Playwriting Europe, alla sua II edizione,vuole creare una piattaforma di collaborazione e scambio fra teatri, registi, attori e autori provenienti da diversi paesi, per realizzare mise en espace di testi tradotti e creare occasioni di incontro e discussioni intorno al tema The dangerous opportunity. FABULAMUNDI, tra i progetti vincitori del Programma Cultura 2007-2013,è promosso da PAV (Italia), Off Limits (Spagna), Teatrul National di Targu Mures (Romania) insieme ad una rete di teatri e festival in Italia, Spagna, Romania, Germania e Francia, tra cui il Festival delle Colline Torinesi, Short Theatre, Teatro i, Centro Parraga, Teatro Pradillo, Festival Grec, Deutsches Theater, Teatrul Odeon, Festival ActOral, Theatre de la Manufacture Nancy, Heidelberger Stückemarkt, Residenz Theater.
IYMT – International Young Makers in Transit
È un progetto europeo nato nell’ambito del programma Educazione e Cultura, un network di festival europei di teatro e danza che si propone di sostenere il lavoro di giovani artisti. Il network vede come capofila ITS FESTIVAL di Amsterdam e partner come Fàbrica do movimento di Porto, ACT Festival di Bilbao, Festival MESS di Sarajevo, Festival FIST di Belgrado, Festival ITSF di Varsavia, BEfestival di Birmingham, Skena up di Pristina. Dal 2010 Short Theater è partner del progetto.
FRANCEDANSE
Dal 17 luglio al 23 novembre torna FranceDanse, l’appuntamento biennale con la danza contemporanea d’autore, realizzato dall’Institut français Italia/Ambasciata di Francia in Italia con il sostegno della Fondazione Nuovi Mecenati, dell'Institut français e del Ministère de la Communication et de la Culture, e grazie all’impegno di venti teatri e festival di diciannove città italiane: Bolzano, Bressanone, Rovereto, Milano, Torino, Bassano del Grappa, Bologna, Forlì, Santarcangelo, Prato, Terni, Civitanova Marche, Roma, Teramo, Napoli, Andria, Lecce, Catania e Palermo. 25 spettacoli, per un totale di 56 date, destinati a un pubblico eterogeneo e curioso come quello della danza contemporanea.
FINESTATE FESTIVAL
L’esigenza di trovare forme di collaborazione partendo dalle sensibilità comuni verso le arti contemporanee e le arti performative in genere, porta alla creazione di Finestate Festival composta da sei soggetti italiani: B.motion/Operaestate Festival Veneto - Bassano, Contemporanea Festival - Prato/Teatro Metastasio Stabile della Toscana, Festival Internazionale di Andria Castel dei Mondi, Festival internazionale della creazione contemporanea di Terni, Short Theatre – Roma e Approdi di Cagliari.
FABULAMUNDI. Playwriting Europe
Dedicated to contemporary dramaturgy, FABULAMUNDI. Playwriting Europe – now in its second edition - aims at creating a platform of cooperation and exchange between theatres, directors and playwrights from different European countries in order to present on stage translated plays and provide opportunities for interaction and discussion around the theme "The dangerous opportunity".
FABULAMUNDI among the winner projects of Culture Programme 2007 – 2013, is organises by PAV (Italy), Off Limits (Spain), Teatrul National in Targu Mures (Romania) and a network of theatres and festivals in Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany and France: Festival delle Colline Torinesi, Short Theatre, Teatro I, Centro Parraga, Teatro Pradillo, Festival Grec, Teatrul Odeon, Festival ActOral, Theatre de la Manufacture Nancy, Heidelberger Stückemarkt, Residenz Theater, Deutsches Theater.
IYMT – International Young Makers in Transit
IYMT is a network of European theatre and dance festivals – a project funded by the Education and Culture DG – that aims to promote young artists’ work. Amsterdam ITS FESTIVAL is the project coordinator while the partners are: Porto Fàbrica do Movimento, Bilbao ACT Festival, Sarajevo Festival MESS, Belgrade FIST Festival, Warsaw ITSF Festival, Birmingham BEfestival, Prishtina Skena up and – since 2010 - Short Theatre.
FRANCEDANSE
FranceDanse, the biennial contemporary dance festival, will take place from 17 July to 23 November, with the support of the Institut Français in Italy/French Embassy in Italy, Fondazione Nuovi Mecenati, Institut Français and Ministère de la Communication et de la Culture. Twenty theatres of nineteen Italian cities will participate: Bolzano, Bressanone, Rovereto, Milan, Turin, Bassano del Grappa, Bologna, Forlì, Santarcangelo, Prato, Terni, Civitanova Marche, Rome, Teramo, Naples, Andria, Lecce, Catania and Palermo. 25 shows for a total of 56 dates for the heterogeneous and curious audience of contemporary dance.
FINESTATE FESTIVAL
Finestate Festival includes six Italian cultural events that work together in the name of contemporary and performing arts: B.motion/Operaestate Festival Veneto in Bassano, Contemporanea Festival - Prato/Teatro Metastasio Stabile of Tuscany, Andria Castel dei Mondi International Festival, Terni International Festival of Contemporary Arts, Rome Short Theatre and Approdi in Cagliari.
