Fabritia D’Intino & Agnese Banti

Comeback

Invited by the BoNo! network, Fabritia D’Intino and Agnese Banti come together for the first time in a collaborative creation. Exploring the convergence of their artistic discourses and the dialogue between sound archives and choreographic practices, the process begins from iconic figures from the worlds of music, politics and religion. By navigating the contradictions and darkness of the mechanisms of idolatry in the contemporary West, it creates a space for mutual discovery and shared positioning, in which identities, roles and forms are constantly evolving.

Fabritia D’Intino is a choreographer and performer. Her work primarily explores the gaze, the body and representations. Her projects, often created in collaboration with other artists, have won awards and have been presented in several international contexts. In addition to creating works for the stage and site-specific pieces, she develops research formats, teaches and collaborates as a dancer with various artists.

Agnese Delia Banti is a sound artist, performer and overtone singer. Her diverse and multidisciplinary practice focuses on space composition, vocal sound, soundscape studies, the relationship between gesture and sound, traditional music repertoires and the collaborative dimension of creative processes.
