What’s this painting ? It’s not a painting, it is a map. And you will find your way inside.
A memory palace takes place, and we often meet there. Among other things, we grow oblivion. This palace does not have any address, it is closer to fire camp than pyramid. It can light up more or less everywhere. You can touch the surface where our rides intertwine. In our hands, the matter is soft.
On a terrain with hazily edges, we begin a trip without resolution.

DUCTUS MIDI reintroduces the medieval principle of ductus. Instead of following a previously laid-out plan (leading from A to B), this way of thinking, reading and moving arises from the development and experience of the trajectory itself.
The trip does not have a fixed-term, and the rythm of each other can differ. We cross the ways of two other travellers. An encounter is happening.  See where you go without anticipating a final destination. On an instable ground, the trajectories are crooked. A skill could be the consequence when you adapt to an evolving environment. Like an experienced way of playing with a puddle or dancing with the thunder.

Anne Lise Le Gac lives in Marseille. She has created a solo piece La Caresse du Coma and a collaborative performance project, GRAND MAL, with Élie Ortis. Since 2015, she has been co-organising the performance festival OKAY CONFIANCE. In May 2019, she presents a new performance project in collaboration with the artist and musician Arthur Chambry at the Kunstenfestivaldesarts in Brussels.

Arthur Chambry lives and works in Marseille. His musical projects often solicit other mediums. Since 2016 he transposes his practice in a performative context, he builds his own instruments and create sound narrations.

Katerina Andreou makes choreography and music. She graduated from the Athens Law School and the Greek State School of Dance, and attended the master ESSAI in CNDC Angers.  She was awarded the Prix Jardin d’Europe 2016 award at the ImpulsTanz Festival for her solo A kind of fierce.
